Prices:

The cottage is seasonally priced as follows:

Low / Mid Season 2026
£135.00 per night, 3 night minimum stay
10% discount for 7 nights or more.

High Season 2026 (Easter, July, August and September)
£150.00 per night, 3 night minimum stay
10% discount for 7 nights or more.

A cleaning fee of £75 applies to each booking.

PLEASE NOTE: Changeover days are Fridays and Mondays.

A deposit of £250.00 is required for all new bookings, to be returned within one month, assuming no damage or breakages.  The deposit confirms your booking.

 

Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to booking date via bank transfer or Paypal Friends.

In the event of cancellation with 8 weeks or more notice we will provide a full refund.  Less than 8 weeks notice, we provide 50% refund plus return of damages deposit.

​The cottage is deep cleaned between every rental.
