Prices:

The cottage is seasonally priced as follows:

Mid Season
£125.00 per night, 3 night minimum stay
7 nights discounted to £750.00

High Season
£150.00 per night, 3 night minimum stay
7 nights discounted to £900.00
 

A cleaning fee of £60 applies to each booking.

PLEASE NOTE: Changeover days are Fridays and Mondays.

A deposit of £250.00 is required for all bookings, to be returned within one month, assuming no damage or breakages.  The deposit confirms your booking.

 

Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to booking date via bank transfer or Paypal Friends.

In the event of cancellation with 4 weeks or more notice we will provide a full refund.  Less than 4 weeks notice, we provide 50% refund plus return of damages deposit.

​

​The cottage is deep cleaned between every rental.
